History
- Early Life
Born to the Dessama'Leth Mining Guild during their long term Exploration and exploitation contract of the A-X12A Asteroid Belt for the Velderen Conglomerate. Her early life was spent amoung other children in the Guild creche, her parents and older brothers were always spread over different parts of the asteroid belt, helping out other parts of the guild, so there time together was limited, though they would always keep in contact via comms and small gifts would be sent back and forth between members of the family.
After her younger years, she would go to the community school that the guild ran for the children. The schooling was comprehensive, at least for the skills that would serve the children in the their future as part of the mining guild. Det learned what she needed, but never found the education to sate her curiousity, so any chances she found, she would try to find things to learn, to read from, occasionally getting into trouble for taking things she should not have.
A few years into school, an event that would have a profound impact on her would occur. A breach in the atomspheric dome that seperated the habitation dome from open space occured. Most buildings within the dome were designed to seal in such emergencies, built with interior atmospheres to limit the loss of life. When the atmosphere was finally restored and the lockdowns rescinded, Det's natural curiousity made her venture outside, only to be greeted by the sight of a number of dome residents who had been unlucky enough to be outside, the sudden atmospheric leak had been a particular bad one, later it was discovered that the breach had been the result of poor maintenance. Det would only learn this many years later
