Speaking with the Clinic Representative

 - One was a small furry individual.
 - One was a tiefling.
 - The third was "normal", likely human.

• He remembers a gang making a fuss outside during the delivery but dismissed it as road rage.

• The package was received after hours, which annoyed him as he dislikes late-night deliveries.
